well there was an article about fresh tracks being for sale back around the time that that US bank went under, but then it all went quiet, no more mention of it. So they may have been negotiating since then, which would make sense because Matt changed from we’re selling or licensing it out to we’re going to market and exploring an acquisition… anyway I’m rambling but I think this has been in the works for a while now and they don’t want to lose the opportunity
