SB is only one product in the pipeline, if they just sell SB then we won't see any money as they still need to money for the rest of the products to go through their expensive phases.
If they sell the company with the untapped products that are only in phases 1 or 2 they will never get an amount that we will be satisfied with so I think the best bet is they keep SB and let it fund the rest and probably no dividends until they have two or more products in the market, so 2-5 years maybe?
