Seeing in the TH it says they are looking at a "Royalty acquisition" I think they are just buying one aspect of Royalties associated with the company. It has been pointed out above what Royalties maybe connected to SB.
If they were buying a whole company, I suspect it would have said 'Company acquisition" on the Ann. Royalty acquisition seems very specific, related to an aspect of Royalties.
Just my thoughts from what is written.
