we will just be getting the right to SB - royalty acquisition. freshtracks is a sinking ship and burning cash. we don't want the rest of the company.
this will make us worth a lot more to any big pharma and bot wouldn't be wasting their money or bother doing it if they didn't think we were onto something big.
