todays announcement shows up everything thats wrong about the companies no news is good news mantra. sure it may work for westpac or bluescope but it's not for a spec stock like ADO.
could be that this will keep the company going for another 12 months and there is no possibility of revenue coming in the near future.
or they need the funds to quickly upscale the manufacturing plant to 80k litre,
or govt funding is coming but some govt programs demand $1 for $1
or we need to be seen as being financially stronger for ferroglobes if the fishing expedition is taken further.
nobody knows. management really need to give shareholders some guidance.
Ewen and David said at the agm that they will use the 4 quarterlies, half yearlies and annual report to inform shareholders. well the quarterly is due, expand the vision David and Ewen.
