It's hard to say what Ferro's game is , The court case should take time or be quick - i'm assuming it would be quick as what are they arguing that we are using their recipe? what else is involved in the Anteo IP list for Anteo X.
I'm assuming our binder/additive product is mixed with certain chemicals a recipe of sorts - is anything in our recipe similar to Ferro's
I assume that's what the court will be looking at - is that what Ferro want.
Dealing with Collaborators I would assume they'd be some strict transfer of technology etc.
