Is that true? Because i have heard differently, specifically it is the company when releasing the announcement that determines it's price sensitivity.
And the one on the current annoucement is for the trading halt, not the forth coming announcement, since it affects the price of the stock by immobilising the price, it is by definition price sensitive because it has affected the price.
