Just the timing that has me wondering. upgrades on pricing and then downgrades. all while speculation about takeover. Is someone in there trying to clean house to avoid surprises before they go thru due diligence procedures and open up the books to a forensic accounting team in a takeover... if its a small downgrade it may be good as a takeover candidate might see that as something they can fix. As long as its no so bad that it scares off the potential takeover candidates
