the buy orders mean nothing until the news is out. I gave seen news delivered at 8.15am and they price moves in the last 5 minutes before market opens
At this stage its hard to know what the SP impact is but the TO rumors may be the saving grace.
Its undoubtedly negative by the extent of the SP impact will be determined by the financial impact, the future uncertainty and whether the would be acquirer steps up to increase position
