Labour cost inflation and/or increased materials/supply chain costs and/or forex movement probably means they have to more conservatively restate guidance. Margins are wafer thin I guess, but honestly, this mob don’t seem too sharp when it comes to pricing their contracts. If you low ball everything small in the hope of a bigger more lucrative win, and that win doesn’t quickly materialise, it hurts.
