This is very interesting and disappointing news. As they say, Investors and traders usually buy on rumors and sell when the fact is out. However, this fact is a little too harsh to swallow given the expectations of positive earnings and a possible takeover target.
I am glad I got out recently. I will probably buy back when or if it retests the most recent low levels and long-term support.
I hope it does not get there and I wish all the best for long-term holders.
