You are half right, they only have their STX hat on. The half wrong bit is that those conflicted dual holders are the ones actually driving it in collaboration with STX. They were the ones that leaked it to the press. And, they love the deal for the value it will add to their existing STX holdings. Ask yourself, where is Mir today? Where is SE1234 today? Where is tt2000 today. Donuts from any of them. BTW they also know what the delays are at Walyering, they just won't tell you.
