TEG JV costs have barely started and should be funded from cashflow from Walyering.

It's the fault of STX as operator if that does not happen.

Before that farm in, TPD had a significant gap in exploration, with little scheduled for 2024.

The gap in part came about because STX and TPD could not agree on a farm in for Ocean Hill.

This TEG JV nicely filled the gap with three drills to take place in 2024 on prospective lease areas.
