Possible. I doubt the intelligence of the press article, was it done on the expectation that SH would turn on Colby? I will take a stab and suggest it would have been 2:1 in support of him rejecting a low ball offer. As I have said previously, negotiate professionally, put forward a fair and reasonable offer, and SH can decide. The first offer doesn't fit that criteria, so let's see where they bring in the second. BTW I definitely agree that dark forces will be active, I expect the STX SP to come under some pressure, and 3rd party interest in TPD can't be ruled out. Strap yourselves in.
