If there's no news or bad news, the share price will drift below that. But if it would be a CR due to further delays or other bad news, the discount for the CR would be higher.
The options will expire after 18 month with a strike price of 75c, if rhe information shared here is correct. So sophisticated investors will have to wait before they will be able to sell their additional stocks at lower price with a profit. That's why I'm assuming the share price won't drop below the CR offer short term.
