Bit puzzled at this one.
Had they just needed working capital, this would have been known for a while and they could have raised it a few weeks ago at a better price when we were trading above 70c.
The decline in price since then has been gradual and on relatively low volumes which to me means folk are sitting and waiting for news rather than there being any major delays.
Maybe this raising is to fund their contribution to some kind of new partnership agreement, but wouldn't this have been announced already under continuous disclosure requirements?
Don't know. Hopefully it's not just "general working capital", and hopefully all shareholders get a chance to participate. So far I've been impressed with new management and their vision for Hazer, let's see what their attitude towards shareholders is like.
