    How many CR,s in the past were done to build the Coburn plant, my memory was that they borrowed most of the funds at low interest rates, seems they need to feel secure with some additional funds but did not care to borrow at todays high interest rates, remember there is a contractor who is suing them, my opinion at 22c I will be be a buyer
