its the point i've been making all along about the delays on delays especially with the DFS

the DFS delay has cost us big time because no strategic partner will ever commit without a DFS

the delays on delays is a pattern thats emerged and makes a strategic partner question why things never seem to get done when they say they will get done. how can any potential strategic partner be assured that ctm can ever get jag into production within a reasonable timeframe?

how can you trust someone to do something when all you get are excuses about the delays being somebody elses fault and never yours? theres never any accountability or responsibility. a strategic partner would want to see that you can rise above hurdles and challenges and not shrink or shirk the task at the first sign of turbulence

the hope is that a strategic partner will want their own CEO and seats on the board as a condition of any deal
