thats a nice thought but why not just buy from an existing supplier like mosaic/nutrien/bhp ect who have unlimited supply of MoP and can produce it at the bottom of the cost curve without spending a cent of capex.

MoP is hard to break into because there are massive players who have already paid their capex down with HUGE scale and low cost operations.

Lets say someone want's to do what you say, why would they not buy into morroco or similar who can build it cheaper with bigger scale and lower cost than any greenfield or probably brownfield in germany.
