The Board is currently considering a variety of options for financing the construction of the CNG Facility and undertaking the drilling of additional wells adjacent to Rougemont 2/3. Importantly, once the CNG Facility is commissioned, the Company will be capable of funding further drilling and development activity from operating cashflows over time..

"variety of options" , the only option was to CR and bleed out the shareholders a little bit more.

As per their love of using "virtual pipeline", why didn't they do a virtual CR.
