    $5-7m working capital and $3m capped SPP all at 15c

    Directors will take about $800k of raise.

    That's the basic terms. It's now public info and in a trading halt anyway. More details coming with Ann.

    Hopefully the last raise before they start making money or get a takeover bid. Fingers crossed.
