My broker told me raising at 20c with a 1 for 2 (12 month) option at 30 cents. It's going to crash the price. Several other companies announced capital raises at 15% discount - not 20%. That's too much!
And they release the quarterly after trading closed showing $6.6M cash in hand. That is most despicable !
And no offer to existing shareholders.
Time for a new MD.
