ANZ are still providing a $45mil bonding facility that is currently close to full utilisation to cover environmental liabilities, so are retaining their first ranking facility.
WHSP are providing a $50mil working capital facility and so their second ranking security is not exactly credit worthy to put it mildly hence the large interest rate and associated fees.
