If you have to acquire to grow the business, it can point to little to no growth in existing business.
This could be a red flag. It all depends. Just be ready to dump and run on the day in case. I will make my decision whether or not to hold or reduce or sell on the day.
Sometimes acquisitions are great, but mostly history shows not the case.
No guarantees either way. It may be a risk. Trading halt worries me somewhat too.

FYI I have been a long time holder and was waiting for all the new projects to do well, but now they are acquiring yet again? Might be too soon?
I have changed my sentiment to hold from buy for now.
