I went back to the last corporate presentation and there was no indication they were considering a specific acquisition, just nebulous statements on the Strategy Overview page about "Acquisitions that create value"...as if they would intentionally make acquisitions that destroy value...
Looking at the last HY financial statements we had A$20.5m in cash with -ve cashflow of A$2.1m and total debt of A$117.4, so unless management are expecting a big turnaround in cashflows they will need to raise additional funds to finance any substantial acquisition. No mention of a CR which is nice, so you would have to assume it's going to be funded by debt or some form of vendor financing/equity? At least their record with recent acquisitions has been positive, particularly DTE, so they have a good track record...GLTAH!!!
