If you are going to be a long term investor and part owner of this business, why are you worrying about a half cent? If you like the business at 13c then you should LOVE it at 15c. In a few years, if all goes well, this business will be thriving, paying dividends and the share price will be higher than it is now. You'll be wondering, "why didn't I buy more?" Oh, that's right, I didn't want to pay another half a cent per share.
On the other hand, If you're a trader, then you shouldn't be looking for trading advice on public forum.
