clutching at straws a bit there. We know they ‘expected’ to be approved. Just as they did last time. Would be absolutely typical of them to act, sound and look cocky. As you say, they wouldn’t have known the outcome at that stage so those ads mean nothing, except maybe hubris. Which we’ve seen before of course.
