They've been hiring in preparation, but they do not know the results either.
Similar to the preparations they made last time before failure, it doesn't mean it will be a success but they'll be ready if it is.
That's a pretty easy concept. I didn't think it had to be commented on. Quite trying to read tea leaves and just relax.
