And IF Si sat with this major shareholder and told him that (obvious) exist a chance MSB will need another trial. Yes approved the therapy but need another confirmatory trial.
Obvious he wants to ann. in same day that the "capital was raised" for this new trial (to diminish any chances to lose a good ann.and be used by shorters to avoid increase of share price)
That way, he suggests them, sell 50/100M earlier the ann. and lets strike a deal...If we need raise we make a private placement and you fill all gaps and we announce all funds are negotiated etc..,
too dreammy and crazy ?
