I was always under the impression that the company was entitled to announce it first ? I guess we will see
Did you read this post I tagged you into @LearningEachDay ? I thought you might be able to look at the calculation and/or clue me up on if the shares/ADRs totals were right or do I need to include more ADRs in the calculation ?
