material cap raise...so probably north of $10-$15M
acquisition...i dont believe there is anything of that value or higher in our immediate area...could it be upstream processing? Probably not goven the delivered expertise of the Board and Mgmt team has been in exploration and mining with great success over the last 3 years.
what sort of cap raise? maybe an insto hitting our books to get the raise done quickly.
cap raise pricing...goven what the team have delivered i dont believe for a second they would do it at a cheap discount.
guess we will know soon enough...but somerhing tells me they have put another win on the board here
