    Once again, it explains why the share price could not gain any momentum every time it tried to go above 8 cents. Insiders clearly knew about this capital raising for awhile now IMO. Seen this happen many times before. Definitely not a level playing field.

    On a more positive note, hopefully now, the share price can start rising to reflect the company’s true value after the capital raising is over and done with.
