If it's funding via a further debt facility, then depending on the terms, that would be prefferable to any further dilution to the register via scrip. Given potential earnings from Mt Carbine and depending on the cost of the acquisition one could assume a relatively short term pay back period.
I also agree that this in all probability was/is an opportunity rather than a hunt given all focus is/has been on Mt Carbine mining and growth.
Normally at this end of town this type of Ann has a caution flag attached, currently I'm not seeing it.
