Perhaps those who monitor this more closely can verify but, I believe it has been raised / mentioned in the past that the opportunity is there for a tungsten "hub" with the three mines in question.
This would also, in the future, potentially justify a smelter / processing plant to value add to end users by providing a more refined product to downstream users.
