Just digging around to work out when to expect the SEC response to this, hopefully last F4 amendment and it looks like about up to 2 weeks is the expected turn around time. This would take us to around the 21st August. Once the SEC confirms the F4 effective, this will trigger serious $ flowing into EUR imo as the Sizzle merger vote should be a no brainer. Assuming the SEC gives the OK, I'm expecting EUR to be trading > 20c by the end of this month!

However, if you do not hear from the Staff after this period, feel free to call any member of your review team.
You should be aware that all correspondence to the Staff and correspondence from the Staff will be released publicly after you go effective. Generally, if you retract your DRS or withdraw your registration statement, correspondence is not released.
