Disappointing the insider trading. Obviously management is not that confident and wants to raise capital despite expecting near term production from high-grade material. With massive sulphide deposits one can expect initial problems with processing and time needed to bed down the plant's performance. I hope it is this and not something else they are hiding. To use exploration as an excuse for this raise is a bit poor. They cannot spend that kind of money quickly enough, especially at the rate they have been going.
