Some people saw this coming; hence the drop from A$3.60 to A$3.30 despite an excellent resource update and statements that all is fine and on track for production in November. Disappointing the insider trading. Obviously management is not that confident and wants to raise capital despite expecting near term production from high-grade material. With massive sulphide deposits one can expect initial problems with processing and time needed to bed down the plant's performance. I hope it is this and not something else they are hiding. To use exploration as an excuse for this raise is a bit poor. They cannot spend that kind of money quickly enough, especially at the rate they have been going.
