Based on PC's comments in recent webinars and previous ann from both PC and TM, the revision is to find today's cost for stage 1, which is likely to be considerably higher than the 40mil from the original study. Building & shipping costs have increased, so the funding options have probably asked for more current costings. I don't think we should get excited about this one on it's own, but as part of a stage 1 finance plan, it's a step forward.
