TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Power Minerals Limited (the Company) requests that
ASX grant a trading halt of its securities effective immediately pending announcement
relating to a joint venture and strategic investment for the Incahuasi salar.
The Company requests that the trading halt be put in place from the commencement of
normal trading on Thursday 10 August 2023 until the earlier of when the material
transaction is released to the market or the commencement of normal trading on Monday
14 August 2023.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any other information necessary to inform
the market about the trading halt.
The Company confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not
be granted.
