To whom it may concern,
Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Azure Minerals Limited (ASX: AZS) (“Azure” or the “Company”)
requests that the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) grant a trading halt in its securities with
immediate effect.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Azure provides the following information:
(a) Azure is seeking a trading halt pending a response to recent media speculation involving
the Company;
(b) Azure requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of
normal trading on Wednesday, 16th August 2023 or when the announcement in response to
the media speculation is released to the market.
(c) Azure is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
(d) There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
