It’s possible there’s no formal takeover offer - but Azure could announce that talks are on-going.
That would be a solid outcome for investors.
But then why not make the announcement this morning?
And no, I’ve never been a shorter. 65% of my Azure shares are still with me. My sentiment is SELL due to the huge rise in share price over a few months.
