Good chance to calm the farm & for AZS stakeholders to have a chat & get on the same page. You can't deny the value in the ground, so any outcome will be positive for all. Creasy is no slouch when it comes to valuation, pure speculation here , but a clear path forward is to take a nice profit for his 40% and clear the decks for a production pathway.
