The value is not what SPT can do but what another company with its huge network can do with the pieces SPT has developed.

Another thing...it looks like not many holders like myself making sensible comments. Sentiment NONE Position NOT HELD.

One disappointing aspect of the worried board is the ring around to shareholders firstly to gauge their thinking on the vote and secondly trying to convince them to vote for this. There is a definite vested interest by the board members to see these resolutions get up.

The board can enter into whatever arrangements without recourse to shareholders but will need them to vote for delisting. I think most shareholders will not support that scenario. Another meeting will need to be called for that.

Don't be surprised if they are running late with their paperwork and the suspension is extended.
