Thanks Tina, I will be very surprised if the vote gets up - I am not sure what numbers they need to achieve, but IMO they are going to be confronted with a vast army who will sense that they have nothing to lose - as expressed already tonight by a holder who said he would prefer that the company tip over than have the 2 amigos take it away at their pleasure. And I would take my hat off to them, despite the obvious consequences.

If they are late with their lodgings as you suggest, no doubt they will attract greater scrutiny from the ASX and ASIC, both of which no doubt will say 'nothing to see here' to their discredit.
