Having been invested in Splitit since 2020, all I can say is that I hope the company is acting in the interests of shareholders regarding this transaction. At this time I have no reason to believe otherwise, and have been happy to continue holding and accumulating as management appears to act with integrity. To date, they have either executed on (or continue working towards) the objectives communicated to shareholders.
Let's hope that they continue in this manner, and do not treat shareholders with the contempt that other entities such as Nearmap have in recent times.
