Is the Maturity Date for the Convertible Notes approximately 1 year from the Tranche 1, i.e. end of July 2023, therefore end of July 2024. It seems as if a lot is going to happen in the next 12 months.
The business could be on the market but without cash, management and the board have their backs against the wall in negotiations. The cash allows Thorney etc to get out in this period ahead. Maybe we also win some as well.
Maybe there is more than one interested party and time (and cash) are needed to get a deal over the line at a good / satisfactory price given the alternative might be negotiating from a position of weakness.
I would like to see a resolution and get most of my money back or even make a modest profit. Then I can move on.
