I agree sometimes the leadership has appeared muddled in their messaging. Remember when LC appeared very unhappy when PH sprung the large cap raise after LC saying days before in a video that there was no need for one.
Perhaps it's just that the tech and development thereof is moving so fast, and now they have found all the pieces of the puzzle they know they can do it themselves rather than relying on BP to finish the process??
