Based on my own modelling, I suggest the options may be worth around 1.8 - 2.5c +.
If so, I expect IMU to consolidate around the 7.5 mark.
Why they decided to amalgamate the acq. into IMU and thoroughly shaft IMU holders is anyone's guess, but if I was a holder, I'd be furious as the other option would be to begin a new listing rather than using retail as a base via a SPP.
At least the record date precludes others from buying IMU to participate.
When this is bedded down and the options list, opportunities may exist for fast fingers.
