Is that helpful if they slowly incroach this company?? Take over should be made in one transaction like ALB tried to LTR. Any TO bidder invest this CR, then there is not much helpful for CXO holders. Have a look PMT. ALB invested once MRE released then how SP works after that. DYOR and use your brain.
