Gareth is a weak dog!
He was clearly buffered by RIO in his previous role and bluffed his abilities through the interviews to this position. And now timing, disclosure and key decisions are in his wheelhouse, he is being left severely wanting.
Also remember he raised 100m on the back of dropping SP to $1?!?!? We still currently have $150m. It seems his is being played consistently.
His inexperience and lack of understanding of how to manage SH/market/BEOT is embarrassing. Not to mention it appears he doesn’t well understand the resource he is trying to extract.
caveat: I don’t claim to know anything better than him, but I didn’t put my hand up for the job.
